Nothing short of this, Queens, New York native, Mahalia Jessup had unwittingly lived her passion as she helped plan events for family and friends at a young age. This quiet pursuit would eventually carry on with her as she attended Virginia State University while obtaining her degree in Mass Communications.

After the eye-opening display of talent from planning her own wedding, she was heavily encouraged by her husband to consider and start her own event planning business. This new startup would soon become what is now C’est Belle Events.
Mahalia Jessup has become known for her innovation and signature style to transform any event into an inspiring moment. Her originality shines through her attention to details and captivating aesthetics. She continues to elevate C’est Belle Events to new heights with her unique approach to creating seamless events that keep you wanting more!
